Sand-sational Table

Help me give my students a sand and water table so the can engage in sensory centers in kindergarten!

My Project

The materials I am requesting will be enjoyed beyond measure. My students absolutely LOVE playing with kinetic sand, but we have not had the proper storage system to maintain the kinetic sand throughout the year.

We already have the perfect spot picked out in our classroom for the sand table.

Students will be able to practice and strengthen their fine motor skills by making creations out of the kinetic sand simply by running their fingers through the sand. The students will be able to engage in a sensory center during through center rotations. The sand table includes a lid which will ensure that our sand does not end up all over the floor through daily play.
