I'm excited to tell you about a special project for our school! As a school counselor, I get to work with amazing students every day. I see how strong and brave they are, but I also know that sometimes, feelings can be tough to deal with.
That's why I want to bring something called sand tray therapy to our school.
It's a cool way to express feelings without always using words. With sand and little figures, you can create scenes that show how you feel inside. It helps you understand your emotions better and learn how to handle them.
Getting a sand tray kit for our school will make a big difference. It'll give students a new way to talk about their feelings and solve problems and help them feel more confident and better able to cope with whatever comes their way.
My goal is to make our school a place where everyone feels heard and supported. By using sand tray therapy, I can make sure that all students, no matter what they're going through, have a way to express themselves and get help.
