This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our softball team is made up of a dedicated and passionate group of athletes who are behind in their skill level due to the fact that many begin playing in their 9th-grade year and some even later. Because of the high cost of Travel Teams and the low involvement in the town Little League system, we need all the help that we can get to close the gap for our girls.
Our female athletes deserve a chance to competitively play against other teams from more affluent towns.
