This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For the past few years I have been over the car riders area of school, and it has been very difficult trying to safely get students ranging from prekindergarten to eighth grade safely to their vehicles. With the equipment mentioned we can safely accomplish that goal.

Because we have multiple entry ways to the car riders area, having cones will help redirect traffic safely without anyone potentially have a wreck.

Also, since we do not have a crossing guard or police officer, teachers are forced to be put in an unsafe situation to help parents leave school safely. Therefore, by having the reflective vests, we can perform our duties for the students and parents safely.
