My Project
Our students (and staff) deserve the very best. They deserve to feel seen, heard, understood, and safe. The 600+ students in our building come from various backgrounds and are each unique learners. They deserve the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe environment.
With the current substitute shortage and the increase, nationwide, of violence in schools, our students and staff need an additional resource to help with school safety.
These lockdown magnets will allow substitute teachers and students the ability to lock down a classroom in case the room key has not been provided while the teacher is absent. These will also allow for a lockdown to occur more quickly, increasing the safety of everyone involved.
