My Students

My students are active kindergartners that come from a variety of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Many of my young learners face different challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite their challenges and differences, they enjoy coming together and learning new things.

My students are explorers, builders, inventors, scientists, artists, readers, authors, and most importantly children, children who are filled with energy and a love for learning.

I desire for all my students to be able to learn through a motivating, engaging, and real-world environment. I love the joy these young children have for learning, and I want to provide them with as many different resources as possible. My hope is to foster an environment where each young child that enters my classroom feels the freedom to embrace who they are as they discover a whole new world of learning.

My Project

With the ongoing global pandemic, we are having to rework the way we use and store our classroom materials. We love using our classroom STEAM supplies, but because of germs we can't all share one bin.

Help my students stay germ free with their own STEAM bins and a place to store them!

With the storage bins and the storage shelves, I can provide a place for my students to safely keep their own materials so they can still experience the joy of exploring new ideas with hands-on learning!
