Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Obtaining the supplies will enable me to motivate my students to attend school daily as well help them to obtain snacks with being embarrassed for not having food at home and unable to bring to school.
The cleaning items will teach as well as improve their self esteem due to not having items at home for hygiene.
My students are from low income homes and look forward to being in my classroom as a safe space for them. Providing snacks and hygiene items will take away the worry of what their appearance is.
