My students are a curious bunch who love to explore and take an active role in their own learning. They are some of the oldest students in our building and their high energy paired with their eagerness to learn keep us all motivated to give our best each and every day. We are excited to be back to in-person learning but we also want to stay as safe as possible during this time.
My Project
This project has many different materials to support the different needs of students in our classroom. In order to create a safer environment, there I have requested sanitizers and other PPE so they are available to any members of our classroom. Also, I have listed several items to support our digital learning needs. Especially with older elementary students, this technology will support them in their digital literacy throughout middle and high school years and beyond. Finally, I have included in this project items to support student's social and emotional wellness in and out of the classroom. I strive to create a safe environment for all learners and part of that requires meeting those needs so students are better ready to learn.
