My Project
32 students working cooperatively in a small space-with tile floor and walls- can create so much sound! Students spend the days solving math equations together, solving experiments, participating in class discussion on books or even current events, even watching videos together on different devices. All this talking and all this learning can be very noisy Our decibel levels have been measured as very loud- since students are all so excited to work together there can be dozens all talking at once. Covering our walls with tiles will help to bring down the noise level without having to stop the learning.
