My Project
These chairs allow my students to have an opportunity to get away from the other students and have a different atmosphere for their creative juices. It will also give them a chance to calm down if they are in a rough space emotionally. One of the goals of this project is for the students to gain access to a safe area when they need to take a five minute break.
Another goal is to give them an opportunity to have an indoor creative learning classroom.
When a typical desk is just too much, sometimes being able to move your body into a different position and relax, will allow your creative juices to flow.
I think my students are uniquely special because they each express themselves in different ways, communication devices, ASL, written language, or verbal communication.
