This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

As a teacher in a low-income campus, my students are faced with challenges, and limited resources, both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many obstacles they face, I look to help my students with supplies, resources, and finding joy in their learning experience in my classroom.

More than half of my students have limited resources, outside of the classroom, due to low socioeconomic limitations and the challenges that their families face.

My Project

Most of my class is unable to have many things that we take for granted, such as warm attire during Winter. This project will help my students be safe and provide things that they might not have at home. The face masks will help them keep safe and protected. The hats will keep their head warm, and the gloves hands from feeling cold. Your help funding this project will help my kids to be able to come bundled up for the cold weather in our area.
