As a fourth year teacher, I am thrilled to be working with such a diverse group of kindergarten learners as the general education teacher in an ICT classroom. The students are of mixed abilities, cultures, and experience levels, however, what they all have in common is their love for learning. They are excited and positive about learning each day, and not only do I teach them, but I learn so much from them as well.
My students are special because they all have something new to bring to the table.
My Project
These materials will make a difference in my students' learning each day. They will be able to use their notebooks and folders both in school and at home to keep themselves organized and on track. Folders will be used to store their hard work across all subject areas and important notices. They will be able to practice their letter writing, sentence formation, and drawing in their notebooks. Students will also use their crayons and scissors for tactile learning and to improve upon their fine motor skills. Chart paper will be used to jot down all of our ideas for visual learning. Finally, our cleaning supplies will help to ensure we have a safe and healthy year!
