Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are reaching the half way point of the school year. We have new curriculums and we are doing a great deal of learning. These new curriculums mean a lot of printing, copying, and doing work on whiteboards.
As you can imagine, all this printing, copying, and work comes at the expense of our supplies.
We need to restock and purchase more color ink for our color printer and more dry erase markers for our whiteboards.
The kids use the whiteboards daily to show their thinking and learning to each other and the class. The constant writing has left the dry erase markers barely marking. And all the printing has left my color printer without much color to print.
Help! We need to bring the color back to our classroom as we enter the second half of the school year. Not to mention, it is the dead of winter and we are fighting seasonal affective disorder from all the cold grey days!
Please help if you can! The burst of color and your support are greatly needed!
