My Students

I transferred to a new school within my district. And I have the best students! They were hesitant on their first day back, but within minutes their personalities started to shine through!

They are absolutely thrilled to be back at school.

I'm so proud of them for the way they are dedicated to social distance and use their masks/shields to maintain safety and good health!

I'm already feeling extremely grateful to be their teacher. These students are excited to be at school and are ready to learn!

My Project

I have the privilege of helping out with our schools girls running team! This is such an amazing opportunity to watch girls from all ranges of running abilities come together and grow in physical strength and emotional strength!

There are always those few who have a natural competitive drive and have an athletes body who can get out there and just run.

These kids tend to push themselves and strive to outdo their time. Then there are the girls who think that this is going to be easy and get out there and realize that running 1 mile was harder than they thought it would be, and they struggle with pushing themselves to get to race ready. Regardless of where they start at they all grow immeasurably.

I am asking for your help in getting Lintelek Fitness Tracker devices for these girls so they can journal their progress. Also, the weather in Idaho is not predictable so I am asking for your help in getting shorts and long sleeve shirts to protect us from the elements. And lastly I want to help out with shoes for my athletes that can't get good shoes. We have very low income households that participate and we would like to help out as much as we can.
