Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are in Middle School from the South Bronx and across the world. They are empathic and compassionate. My favorite thing about them is their abilities to care for one another, and their loyalty towards the people that have their backs is admirable.
My students have express that when their stomachs are rumbling is difficult for them to focus.
I have witnessed my students refocus, as soon as, their hunger was addressed.
My students need snacks to keep them focused their academics and assist them in keeping their emotion regulated.
