This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students with physical limitations are often left out of many sports and physical activities. These supplies will offer them physical activities that they can easily participate in and enjoy. These few supplies will offer opportunities for these students that our school does not typically provide. With the participation in physical activity comes an increase in confidence and their abilities and work in the classroom.
These items will provide opportunities for physical activity that most of us take for granted.
It seems like nothing for most of us to kick a ball, but those who have physical limitations it is an exciting and rewarding experience. Your donations will contribute directly to an experience that these students will remember for the rest of their lives.
