Rotational Motion: How Does a Figure Skater Spin?

Our equipment is old and no longer usable.

The Go Direct® Rotary Motion Sensor is an amazing tool that will allow AP Physics, Honors Physics, and CP Physics students learn about rotary motion.

How can a figure skater spin? Why does a football spin quarterback throws it? Students will not only learn why these phenomena occur but they will learn how to calculate rotational inertia and torque.

Why are my kids great? Their desire to take on any physics challenge and to always refine the work to exceed expectations. Hands-on equipment, such as these sensors, help my students to truly understand the concepts and shine!
