A typical day in my classroom involves a lot of hustle and bustle. My classroom of third graders are constantly moving about and exploring different lessons. The students are actively engaged in many different lessons throughout the day that corresponds to their grade level.
My students are avid readers and love to explore.
The students are full of energy every day. Our school is a public charter school. We are also a Title I school. We focus on flexibility, service, and connection. Our students come from all over the county and all are eager to learn.
My Project
These materials will make a difference in my students' learning by allowing them to become more invested in reading. The students will have specific activities that teach a reading concept using the books from this project.
The students love reading new and exciting books.
Each concept with further my students understanding of the book and allow them to learn life long reading strategies. When a child is invested in reading, the possibilities are endless. Each book will allow the students to go on a different adventure and open their minds to a whole new world.
