My Project

Alternative seating and feet fidgets help my fifth-grade students stay focused and engaged by giving them the flexibility and movement their bodies need while learning. Headphones are a huge contribution to our classroom, especially when students are working in Lexia, as they allow each child to concentrate without distractions. Many students also find comfort and calm in the soft glow of alternative lighting, which creates a welcoming and peaceful learning environment. Essential materials like binders, paper trays, and cleaning supplies keep our classroom organized, efficient, and clean, helping students take responsibility for their space and learning tools.
