This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a second-year teacher, teaching 7th grade Math. As I embark on this new adventure, I hope to provide my students with the necessary supplies to help in their learning and allow for fun and engaging opportunities. Many of the supplies I am seeking are of everyday use such as highlighters to help teach the note-taking/organizational skills needed to be successful in the classroom. Calculators are needed to provide help in checking work/answers when working with bigger numbers. My goal is to provide my students with the necessary supplies to help the classroom run smoothly so that everyone has access to what is needed.
