Rolling With The Beat: Support Our Mobile Music-Makers!

Help me give my students two rolling tabletop carts for our barred percussion instruments.

My Project

My students are creative and eager to learn. I want to incorporate playing barred percussion instruments into every class period for all grade levels, but we have a very small classroom space, and set up takes a long time.

When our instruments are on the floor, not only are the students are sitting for extended periods of time, but they become a trip hazard when we incorporate movement into our music-making.

By using these wheeled carts, I can easily roll our heavy instruments out to the students with minimal instructional time lost.

Students can also help safely roll the instruments back to their storage location when class is over.

These carts also raise the instruments up to a height that is appropriate for the students to play standing up with proper technique and posture.
