Help me give my students Sphero programable robots to program and run through a maze.
FULLY FUNDED! Mr. Mandelbaum's classroom raised $940

My Project
My students had been introduced to Block Coding through an android app. However, I would like to bring that skill and excitement out of the app and into the actual room.
The Sphero programmable robot will allow my students to write code which will then direct the robot to accomplish the programed missions.
These robots are robust enough to be used frequently in the classroom environment and take all the abuse that bad coding causes. That will allow students to see their mistakes in coding played out in real life environment.
More than half of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
