Rolling Into Reading: Tools to Keep Us Organized & Learning!

Help me give my students fun and functional supplies to keep us rolling—literally! —through engaging literacy lessons, colorful interactive notebooks, and confidence-building learning moments every day!

My Project

In my 5th grade ELA class, we get messy—in the best way! We cut, glue, highlight, revise, and repeat as we dive into reading and writing every day. But with no student desks or cubbies, it’s easy for materials to go missing and for learning time to slip away. That’s where this project comes in!

We need rolling carts, pouches, and bright supplies to turn our cluttered tables into organized, literacy-powered learning stations!

I’m asking for these rolling carts, pencil pouches, markers, crayons, scissors, glue sticks, and more to help us stay organized and ready to go. These supplies will be used daily for interactive notebooks, phonics practice, color-coded essays, and peer editing. Basically, everything we do that makes literacy hands-on and fun!

My school is Title I, and many of my amazing students can’t bring their own supplies from home. With your help, I can make sure every student has what they need—no borrowing, no stressing, just learning.

Literacy is life. Truly! It's the key to confidence, creativity, and future success. I care deeply about closing the gap between what my students have and what they deserve, and this project will help us do just that—with a little color, a lot of organization, and tons of love.
