it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My middle school social studies students are curious, creative, and eager to explore the world past and present. In our classroom, we discuss ancient civilizations, revolutions, governments, and geography. But with limited technology, it's hard to make these topics as dynamic and engaging as they could be.
That’s why we’re asking for your help to fund a portable touchscreen TV on wheels.
This tool will transform the way we learn. We’ll use it to:
Explore interactive maps and timelines
Watch educational documentaries and primary source clips
Collaborate on group projects and presentations
Conduct virtual field trips around the world
Rotate the screen around the room for flexible, small-group instruction
Because it’s on wheels, the screen can be used in all parts of the classroom—and even shared with other grade levels!
In our Title I school, resources like this aren’t always accessible, but your support can help level the playing field and give my students a more engaging, modern, and inclusive way to learn social studies.
