Art has the power to unlock creativity, build confidence, and give every child a voice. In my classroom, I’ve seen how students light up when they have the chance to create something of their own—whether it’s a colorful painting, a collage, or a simple sketch. Unfortunately, we currently lack the materials and organization to make art a regular part of our learning experience.
That’s why I’m asking for your help to bring an art cart into our classroom.
This mobile cart will be filled with essential supplies like crayons, markers, paints, brushes, scissors, glue, construction paper, and more. It will allow us to keep materials organized and easily accessible to all students—whether they’re working at their desks, in small groups, or during independent exploration.
With your support, my students will be able to express themselves, learn through hands-on experiences, and connect art to what we’re learning in subjects like science, literacy, and social studies. For many of them, art is not only a creative outlet—it’s a way to feel proud, heard, and motivated to come to school each day.
