This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students are amazing, hard-working fourth graders that deserve a comfortable space. Currently, when students choose their seats, there are only 2 available options, and one of those includes chairs that get stuck on the carpet when they try to slide.
Unfortunately, our school has only ever provided hard, plastic chairs that have been used for many years.
Our students would love the opportunity to choose a seat that is mobile for working in small groups or moving to a new desk or table.
These new chairs would be a fabulous addition to our brand-new tables that we have coming soon!
