This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom is in need of books. I will be using the books for Reading Centers in the classroom. I am a new 2nd grade teacher and my students are in need of books so we can create our Rockin' to Read, "Reading Centers."
These center activities will allow students to rock their way through reading as their reading continues to grow throughout the school year.
As students continue to grow in their reading the books will offer different levels so as the student grows the level of the books will grow with them.
