This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The majority of my students are from low-income families but do not let it hold them back from learning. By supporting this project, you will allow them to learn to play a wind instrument without adding a financial burden.
Learning to play an instrument increases the capacity for memory, teaches perseverance, supports the learning of math skills, helps build confidence, and is FUN!
The students will use their recorders in music class as well as have the chance to take them home to practice.
I cannot wait to rock the music room with recorders! Thank you for your support!
