This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our classroom is looking for some specific books to put in our classroom library. Reading is exciting for our preschoolers as they are learning letters, sounds, and even words! The pictures help them to retell stories and use their imagination.

All of our students will be going into kindergarten and have made so much progress with their early literacy skills.

An extension to our library will allow students to reach their potential. These books can be used in a small and whole group setting. We can also encourage students to "read" to their families at home.
