Help Our Students Rock and Learn!

Our classroom is a special place where students with severe autism grow, explore, and learn every day.

As a Title I school, we work really hard to provide our students with the tools they need to thrive academically and emotionally. Two important resources in our classroom have recently worn out, and we’re hoping for your help to replace them.

First, we’re in need of a sturdy, comfortable rocking chair. Our students loved using our old one to help regulate their emotions, calm down, and focus. It also became a favorite spot for quiet reading time. Sadly, it broke, and we’re now without this comforting and essential part of our classroom. A new, larger rocking chair would make a world of difference.

Second, we’re hoping to replace our outdated classroom iPad, which no longer supports current apps or updates. A new iPad would allow us to download interactive and engaging learning apps tailored to each student’s needs and goals. These tools help our students build communication, academic, and social-emotional skills in fun and meaningful ways.

Your support will make our classroom more comfortable, engaging, and effective for our amazing students. Thank you for helping us give them the tools they need to succeed!
