Robots Just Want to Have Fun!

My students need two iPads to use with our classroom robots.

My Students

We are a small K-5 school filled with students who are wonderful to work with! They are a diverse group of students in terms of race, income, gender, and ability levels and they are all looking for a chance to be successful. I have students who work at high levels and love to be challenged and also students who need that nudge.

Many of them struggle with issues adults couldn't deal with, but still find a way to come to school and participate in the learning process.

We are a family of learners, myself included. Every day is a new day of learning, loving, and respecting each other. We are an awesome community working hard at being the best that we can be!

My Project

The iPads requested will make a difference in my students learning because they are the key to my students being able to operate the robots in our classroom.

Imagine, robots in the classroom leading the way to unimaginable careers for my students in the future.

I want my students to be future-ready, which is why I am so excited that we have access to drones and robots.

With iPads, my students will be able to access the apps that program our drones to fly and jump, and the Spheros and Ozobots to follow commands.

Digital equity is extremely important so that ALL our children will be successful. Please help give them a chance to compete in the STEM field. The robots have bought STEM to my classroom and I want it to stay!
