My Project
My students are so special. I have 23 second graders made up of diverse backgrounds, languages, and experiences. They are fun, energetic, smart, and ready to learn when they come through my doors each morning. I have been doing a classroom store for over 20 years and the kids love it more each year. Students can earn Mrs. Smith Dollars when they make good choices, show growth on test, show kindness to others, follow directions, and demonstrate other character traits in our classroom. With this grant, I will be able to purchase a lot of fun items that the students can use their money to purchase. If you are able to donate, we would appreciate any donation.
