I teach in a 6th grade gifted and talented science classroom in a high-need school system.
In an attempt to increase environmental stewardship in my students, I would like to teach them about the environmental problems in their community and show them what they can do to help.
In order to complete this project, the students need access to water quality testing supplies. By doing these tests in our local area we will then be able to relate how what we do in our own city affects other cities and towns.
By donating to this project you will be creating environmental stewards who have the desire to make the world a better place.
