Ride 'em Cowboy!

My students with autism spectrum disorders need a bolster swing.

This project is fully funded

I teach children with autism spectrum disorder in grades K-3, in the public school system.

Our students are fascinated by the sensory input they get while swinging. It helps calm, regulate and support school related appropriate behaviors.

This bolster swing would help our children with their physical and occupational limitations, while also stirring their imagination, as they become "rodeo cowboys". The bolster swing comes equipped with a special saddle for safety while swinging!

The bolster swing feels just like you are riding on a horse. You will make it possible for my students to imagine themselves in a another world, while providing them the sensory support they need.
