Dear Donors,
We are thrilled to introduce our ambitious project aimed at establishing an esports program at RGCHS.
In an era where digital literacy and technology-driven skills are paramount, we believe that esports offers a unique avenue for student engagement, skill development, and community building.
Project Overview:
Our proposal entails the creation of a dedicated esports space within our school, equipped with Nintendo Switch consoles and gaming setups to kickstart our inaugural esports season thru PlayVS Texas/Central Region League. This initiative aligns with our commitment to providing diverse opportunities for student involvement and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Project Components:
Nintendo Switch Consoles: We aim to acquire 4 Nintendo Switch consoles to facilitate competitive gameplay and training sessions.
Gaming Setups: Each console will be complemented with essential gaming peripherals, including controllers, and monitors, to optimize the gaming experience for our students.
Esports Space Furnishing: We plan to designate a dedicated area within my classroom, equipped with ergonomic seating, and storage units to create a conducive environment for esports activities.
