My Project

My students are great learners and are excited to begin the new year. Although we expect students to have intrinsic motivation, that is not always the case. In the past few years, students are motivated by external factors in reaching their goals. Since I have added a treasure box in my class, students are super excited about meeting their goals. Items in our treasure chest will include fidgets, balls and bracelets.

By providing them with items they find appealing and worth adding to their collection, it will make them work extremely hard to accomplish the goals I have set for them, as well as they goals they set for themselves.
