This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are hard workers and love a good challenge. I would like to offer better rewards and make things more motivating in class! I will be using the candy as a reward/prize that will be an option in my treasure chest when students do good in class. I will also be adding the poppers, squishies and prize bundle to my treasure chest as well. These rewards were picked out based on things that I believe will motivate my students to work hard.

I need a structured and organized classroom to get the best results from my students and I.

I will be using the drawers to organize my treasure chest so things are not cluttered. I will also be using the trays for turning in assignments in class as well as the bins to organize books and curriculum.
