This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love surprising and rewarding my students! I love giving positive reinforcement and my students have responded very well to it. I reward my students weekly with Looscan bucks that are given daily. Students enjoy spending their bucks at the end of the week and buying their preferred treats or items.

Positive reinforcement and rewards definitely works!

These amazing party favors, mini stress balls, cube puzzles, and treats will be an excellent motivator for my students. One of my favorite things with this incentive is shopping from our class store! Students count their dollars to purchase items which help with real life situations.
