Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom is home to a diverse group of scholars. They are an energetic group of students with many interests and hobbies.

My goal is to support and develop positive behaviors in my students.

My school has drawn a strong focus on our students' social-emotional development. This approach helps encourage positive behaviors in students and develop the social skills that will help them achieve their future goals. Students’ confidence thrives when their social skills are developed in a positive way.

Positive behavior plays a large role in the success of students. The various items selected in this project will allow the students to "buy" incentives they are truly motivated by. We cannot expect students to work for things they do not want.

My goal is to use these incentives to show my students not only does positive behavior make you feel good and help you do well in school, but it also can earn you some pretty cool things!
