Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach an elementary class. The students work hard to meet the standards and expectations in my classroom. We focus a lot on testing and assessments that I continue to motivate and encourage students. These incentives come in handy when it comes to performance, behavior, recess, and classwork.

All students can succeed with appropriate support and encouragement.

That is exactly what the incentives are used for. Despite the hurdles the students at my school encourage one another and work together in learning. Students respond to positive feedback and incentive displaying positive behavior and continue working hard to create a positive learning classroom.
