Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As an independent study teacher at a PBIS school, I am now educating a great group of enthusiastic fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students online. My students are excited about learning and love to share their ideas.
I am requesting a variety of gift cards that my students suggested in order to continue our positive behavior supports.
We are a PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) school, where students are encouraged to make good choices with positive rewards. They will have the opportunity to earn a gift card every week by participating in Google Meet class discussions, demonstrating respectful behavior, and completing assignments on time. By having weekly gift card giveaways, students will stay motivated at home, earn full attendance credit, and have something special to work towards.
Your help will have a tremendous impact on our class community. Having these various gift card giveaways will encourage students to attend online classes daily and keep up with their assignments.
