This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love simply rewarding my students' sincere efforts throughout the school year because it has shown me that incentives motivate students to do better in school.
There are many ways to earn incentives in my class.
If they pass an Accelerated Reader Test or pass a Math test, I believe students should be rewarded in one way or another.
I want to be able to reward them for their hard work and participation during the school year. These prizes and incentives range from gel pens, pencil grips, erasers, pencils, and sharpeners. They are materials that they can use in an everyday setting.
My students are ready to learn and earn incentives!
