My Project

My second-grade students work very hard so they deserve to be rewarded. Having a gumball machine in the classroom will promote hard work and instant rewards. The students love the idea of having access to this very special treat. They specifically asked for this as their first grade teacher had one and they used to work hard to be able to take a turn!

Rewarding students provides an incentive to work hard and reach their goals.

Second grade is where students build the foundation skills they will need for their future years of education. It is important to instill a love of learning early on, so they are excited about school and have the motivation to reach their goals in life. I want my students to feel valued and appreciated for all their hard work.
