My Project
In our 6th-grade classroom, students are learning essential life skills through an interactive classroom economy system. Each student has a job, such as a banker, librarian, or classroom helper, and earns classroom currency by fulfilling their responsibilities, excelling on tests, and completing daily tasks. This system teaches financial literacy, responsibility, and goal-setting in a fun and engaging way. Students save their earnings throughout the year to purchase items from our store or bid on exciting prizes at the end-of-year auction. To keep them motivated and invested, we are seeking funding to provide a variety of high-quality, student-chosen rewards.
The items students are most excited to earn include LED light strips, reusable water bottles, drawing kits, and Bluetooth speakers—perfect for sparking creativity and adding fun to their personal spaces.
Additionally, they’ve selected engaging rewards like board games, craft kits, and sports equipment, as well as small but meaningful items like stickers and bookmarks to enjoy along the way. These prizes were chosen by the students themselves, ensuring that each one reflects their interests and serves as a strong motivator to stay committed to their goals.
With your support, we can provide these exciting prizes that will inspire students to remain committed to their classroom responsibilities and academic success.
