My Project

Many of my students come from underserved communities, where resources and opportunities are limited, but they bring an abundance of energy, creativity, and potential to my classroom. My students thrive on encouragement and recognition. They are working hard to develop not only academic skills but also social-emotional skills such as cooperation, responsibility, and kindness.

Celebrating their positive behavior through our PBIS program helps reinforce these critical life skills while building their self-esteem and confidence.

My primary goal of this project is to foster a positive school culture by celebrating and reinforcing exemplary student behavior through engaging PBIS celebrations. By providing snacks and prizes, I aim to motivate my students to consistently demonstrate respect, responsibility, and kindness while building their confidence and sense of belonging within the school community.
