My Project
With providing healthy rewards for positive behavior, I get to reinforce students who are doing the right thing. As leaders in the school, our students can pave the way for others to follow their lead to be ready for listening an learning.
My goal for this project is to provide more healthy reward options when I catch students doing the right thing, especially helping others without a reminder.
My students love receiving rewards, and hopefully this will help build intrinsic motivation to not need a physical reward for every good deed we do.
