My Project
I work with a wonderful group of multilingual learners by collaborating with classroom teachers and supporting students in their classrooms. I also pull out small groups to teach specific listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
I am requesting gift cards to local eateries to use for academic and behavioral incentives for students to earn.
When students have a goal, they put in the work and effort. Students can earn rewards by having positive behavior, mastering objectives, and showing academic improvement and growth. When we complete activities, my students must follow our PBIS guidelines to work cooperatively and follow directions. Every student can be successful and earn a gift card.
