it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Using rewards to motivate students is an effective strategy to encourage academic excellence and good behavior. One great idea for a reward system is providing Airheads candy to students who excel in the classroom. Airheads are a popular, colorful, and flavorful candy that can serve as an exciting and affordable incentive for students. By offering this small treat, teachers can boost students' morale and motivate them to continue striving for excellence in their studies.
Airheads are an ideal reward because they are inexpensive and easy to distribute.
Unlike other more expensive rewards, such as gift cards or prizes, Airheads are both budget-friendly and simple to hand out on a large scale. This allows teachers to implement the reward system regularly, without straining school budgets. The bright colors and variety of flavors also make the candy a fun and visually appealing reward that students look forward to, making it a great choice for keeping them engaged and motivated.
Moreover, small rewards like Airheads can have a big impact on students’ attitude toward learning. Recognizing students for their hard work and achievements encourages them to keep improving. When students feel appreciated and rewarded for their efforts, they develop a stronger sense of self-worth and are more likely to take pride in their academic performance.
