Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
By implementing "The Reward Central Store," we can create a positive and motivating environment that encourages students to strive for excellence and reinforces positive behavior.
The Reward Central II will be a physical space within the classroom where students can redeem their earned points for a variety of rewards.
The store will offer a range of items and experiences that appeal to different interests and preferences, such as school supplies, fidgets, snacks like Fritos, candies or even extra privileges.
The store will run like this:
1. Point System: We will develop a point system where students can earn points for demonstrating positive behavior, academic achievements, and participation in class activities. Set clear guidelines for earning points and establish a tracking system to keep students motivated.
2. Pricing and Redemption: I will assign point values to each reward item based on its perceived value. This teach students the concept of budgeting and responsible decision-making by encouraging them to save points for higher-value rewards.
3. Store Operations: We will designate specific times or days when the store will be open for students to redeem their points. Assign responsible students as store managers to handle transactions and maintain inventory.
By implementing "The Reward Central Store," we can create a positive and motivating environment that encourages students to strive for excellence and reinforces positive behavior.
