This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are working to revamp our classroom library and are in need of new books to support our young readers. We’re looking for decodable books to help children build their phonics and decoding skills, as well as high-interest books on topics they love—especially animals. Your support will help create a reading space that inspires learning and joy every day.

These books won’t just support reading—they’ll spark curiosity, inspire writing, and connect to science topics we explore in class.

Our students light up when they find books that match their interests, and having access to a rich library will make learning more joyful and meaningful.
